hmmm .. i use their cards many times ago ! but i know they cards loaded by another creditcard for first time , after activation you can load funds by paypal . also check their website , because i think load funds rules changed

Actually a Payoneer account holder cannot fund another directly, it has to be done through the Credit Card option on their website. You can add funds to it through your credit card. Alternatively, if you join an affiliate program which supports the Payoneer card, you can have them send you the proceeds to your card so that you can withdraw through the ATM or use it to pay online or in the stores. No, you cannot withdraw your Paypal funds to your Payoneer card. If you get the Payoneer card through an affiliate then the Billing Address for the card would be your home address. And since Bangdalesh is not a Paypal support country, you cannot sign up for an account and you most definitely would not be able to use the Payoneer card to verify such an account. It would be a breach of your contractual agreement with Paypal for providing a fake address or signing up from an unsupport country.

1) You can load money to your payoneer card through a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or funding from an affiliate program. 2) You might be able to use it for Paypal verification but since you are from Bangladesh which is not a Paypal supported country so you cannot use it. The Main question is to verifiy paypal. If you're paypal verified country resident then you can verify it. But you need funds to be uploaded into your Payoneer Prepaid Credit Card. You can add funds using any otherperson credit card. By Selling your products online on through plimius, google checout. or offering your services online on freelancer.com edesk, odesk etc... I'm going to buy my own products through paypal on plimius then will will add that plimius funds into my Credit Card.
