    I don't use it on small adsense type sites, but on sites I added content daily it's very helpful to get indexed. Also turning on a twitter auto poster will help get indexed in less than 5 minutes.

    Google sitemaps is a faster way to get into the supplemental index. Not recommended. You are getting killed slowly but not submitting your sitemap to them. By you providing the sitemap, you are basically helping them axe you faster. Many people don't use them; I don't use them. I let Google keep busy finding content through my well linked site. I have a large site though. By the way, I've proven myself with many sites throughout the years that Google sitemaps do hurt them; at least mine.

    Sitemap is collection of ur site's url..there is two type of sitemap..one is HTML sitemap and second one is XML sitemap..HTML site is user frndly and XML sitemap is google frndly.
