Backlinks are not from commenting, PM me for a link sample. All links are dofollow. The process time varies depending on the ammount of projects in line before yours. As other member said its not clear at all, you make it sound like the links will be on page rank url's infact you are putting them on non ranking inner pages, and that is quite simple to be done if there inner pages, You should make it more clear next time.
