I've received this e-mail from them:

We will be sending out final paychecks to everyone that includes your current balance. Please feel free to log in and check your balance and statistics over the next week while we prepare to close the doors. You will not be able to log in after this period, so please be sure to gather any information you need as soon as possible.

Very less peopel work with and it is not converting. So they are shutting it down
