    Hi,
    I am making this website paksfun.com, where I am posting wordpress themes but not hosted by my server. I mean to say I am putting a pic of theme and giving link of "DEMO" and "DOWNLOAD" from other sites. Plz visit and see this plz. and tell me if i appeal for google adsense so is it according to their policy? I mean, will they make issue for this type of posting? will they ban my account?plz plz answer

    Why not? As long as you give link to the original authors page and not to some freedownload of copyrighted themes. like rapidshare..

    Just don't use adult templates, and don't use any adult content on your website at all and everything will be alright. Nothing is bad on your website for Google AdSense...

    Seems Ok. As long as you give credit or link to original provider there is no problem. The date doesn't looks good in the way its placed by the way
