    If you are looking for FREE Opensource Software and works on your server with PHP then LiveZilla is best one.
    We are using it for last 6 months. No issues till date.

    Only thing is it is hard to set up for first time :(

    no need to pay for livezila 100% FREE !!

    I started using Olark last week and I LOVE IT! They have a great website that's easy to use and beautiful. It integrates with Adium on my mac, so I just keep it signed it while I work. After I signed up for the service, someone actually sent me an email from their iPhone...which shows they care. I was really surprised to get that email.
