Buying Link building services - $80 a month - White Hat - Quality Links Only

I am looking to hire someone to do some basic SEO for me on a monthly basis. I am too busy to do it myself. The site is targeting a niche and is already on page one for some target keywords. It needs to be white hat only and good quality links that will stick.

I would like 20-30 Quality Links a month. What I don’t want is 500 crap automated PR0 directory submissions or similar as the site is only a couple of months old and cannot afford to drop in rankings.

You must be professional and have good English writing skills.
