    This is not the forum, where you are the Admin, so try to behave and use the language which is acceptable for professionals...!! Don't just burn the image down of my country..!!

    Well, 0.10 in US and 0.10 in Pakistan has a big difference. In USA you can have a coke in $1.50, but in Pakistan its 15. So around 10 times a difference for us.

    Average rate of posts = $0.10 (Rs 8.00 - Taxes etc = Rs 4.5)
    He is Paying = 0.50 per post.

    I don't think anyone is going to accept his proposal. If there is anyone posting in his forums, I am ready to give all of the members 200% of that. Just PM me with your sample posts and I will hire you. Not to bring him down, but for the welfare of the posters and to stabilize the rate of posting in the market.
