I got my fiverr account blocked

    Dear DP,

    Two days ago, I just open my account in fiverr. I purchased other user gig in fiverr using paypal. The transaction was successfully. But in ten minutes later I got my account blocked by fiverr. I don't know what happened. I didn't do anything else. The problem is I have some money in my fiverr account.

    I have sent a message to fiverr feedback 2 days ago. But it still no answer. I send a message again today. And still waiting.

    I need some ideas from DP to solve my problem.

    I believe they don't have any live support system as of now. If you don't receive any emails within a few weeks, worry now. You might be one a victim of online scam. I think you can't do anything about it unless to report the site.

    Fiverr send me a message today. They ask me my username and email so they can track my account problem. I hope this problem over soon.. :(

    Seems like I am misunderstanding something. You bought some gigs, but you have money in your Fiverr account. I thought you would only have money if you sold gigs. What am I missing?

    what if, his gig was bought 10 times and he bought someones gig for once? He will have 9 x 4= $36 in his account!!Thats it!! Did you get it now?

    I am a seller and buyer in fiverr. I have some money in fiverr but still waiting to withdraw. So I use my paypal to buy other gig.

    My Account has also been blocked. But I know the reason. I made a purchase for more hits on youtube. But the there were not extra hits at all! I gave the guy two days to fulfill he's end of the transaction and attempted to contact him & nothing.
    So I gave negative feedback & went to my paypal to get my money back. I filled a dispute with PayPay then demand I be given a refund faster. Within 5mins of doing that my account with Fiverr got blocked. I'm not sure how that's fair for the buyer? But if they want play hardball I have another pay pal account ready to be used with a fresh account ;)
