Entire google account disabled

Yesterday when I got home and opened gmail to check my emails I got redirected to a page, "we are sorry, your account was disabled".

Everything I had there, gmail, youtube (had a few videos), webmaster tools, picasa.

Anyway it was not the one with adsense so I was lucky.

But I used that gmail account for 6 years, all my emails are there.

So I wrote them the informations on that contact form, but no answer yet, after around 16 hours.

Anyone faced this, any suggestion what can I do to recover my account.

I mention, I didn't broke any tos. It is very weird. capture2.jpg

It's weird. Maybe someone used your email address as "replay address" to send spam.

I think you have send some spam messages.. Now, Google is very strict.. Hope, to get positive response from them. Usually it will take 48 hours for them to reply.

That's true, gmail won't allow any spam, it's really strict. Any suspect content it detects, can't be sent or can't be saved. I think gmail is not the best for web promotion either.

Few day back I got notice that your account is temporarily disable due to unusual activity and I need to enter my mobile no for activation code.
I was scared for a moment but soon I got an activation code and now I could access my account.
and do you know what was that unusual activity- I was customizing my blog on blogspot and was checking it output after refreshing and google close that blog saying similar activity repeated many times ?
What can be done in that case ?

I don't trust Google anymore. They love to close your account without giving any warnings. And when queried, no response...except for an automated email. I don't think they care if you're a victim or not as well..sigh..

Well, you should talk with Google. The same happend to me a few months ago - but I was lucky, I know some guys that works on the Adsense-team and they forwarded my issue to the right people. So, try to contact them, maybe call one of their offices?

Try Google support as well as Google forum. You raise question on that forum, and sometimes someone from G can respond (not always, but give a try).

This is a wake up call for me. I should probably start moving my main business email to my own domain! I have a Gmail acccount, and even though I don't do anything shady with it, I could see it happening to me!
