I know this sounds dumb, but what is CPA. I am new to Affiliate Marketing and it's a lot I don't know, but I am searching information and asking questions trying to learn about the different programs.

CPA stands for Cost Per Action. In most standard affiliate programs, you set up a link to a product or group of products on another company's web site and they pay you a certain flat amount or percentage every time somebody buys something that was "referred" via your link.

With Cost Per Action programs, the person you refer does not necessarily have to purchase anything. Companies will pay you to get them to perform an action. Sometimes this action is simply to provide their E-Mail address or zip code. Other times it may involve filling out a questionaire or survey or they may want a phone number and address in addition to an E-Mail address.

As a general rule of thumb, the more information a company wants you to get, the more money you will be paid for that "action." There are still other companies that combine both concepts - you get paid one thing for a simple action and something else if they buy (sometimes you're paid twice if they do both).

    I hope this helps!

Hi I work with 15 cpa networks too and the best networks in "no particular order" for me have been:

Neverblue (far and away my top choice - great support)
    Peerfly
    CxDigital
    Triadmedia
    Maxbounty
Hydra (good offerings but ALWAYS have offers that expire every week.. so annoying)

It really depends on what you're comfortable advertising in and what niche you're going to really run well on.

I've been using Copeac CPA ads and submitting them to buysellads.com where you can find a niche blog suited for the offer. For as little as 10 bucks a month you can get thousands of impressions.

I use a combination of a great amount so it depends on what I am marketing and what niche it is for. Offervault.com compares 20,000 offers and also it tells you which companies are good and which ones to stay away from XY7.com.

Till now Referforex.com has been my best CPA network for Forex niche. It pays me for all my positive referrals that i make to there affiliate partners through my blogs. There are various payment methods available to choose from, i often use paypal to receive my payments on every 20th of each month.

I've been on the advertising/CPC(PPC) and CPA scene for a while, and I've got a lot of experience with T1 and T2 networks, T1's push far more traffic, but still usually have less profit, which is the main reason you're in this business right?
As such, T2's tend to shave a lot less off of your individual profit, but they usually have less offers available.

    I'm currently a member of:
    - Click Junction
    - CPA Dough
    - Click Booth
    - Peerfly

I was recently mainly on Cj but have slowly been moving traffic to CPA Dough, since they're a lot more profitable for the same verticals. cpadough.com

Not trying to sound spammy, but I just wanted to get the word out there, definitely one of the better networks I've used lately. The management takes really good care of the affiliates, and they've always got a ton of offers to promote. If you need a good network or are just starting out, CPA Dough is what you want.

NeverBlueAds is a really nice interface, excellent reporting, and supports postback urls. Own proprietary tracking system. Definitely recommended.

CPALead is great for beginners and does auto approvals. They are a content locking network.

EWANetwork is awesome for more traditional offers in wide appealing verticals. They pay weekly and on time every time. They also pledge to beat payouts of any other network, (althought EPC is more important than payout)

CXDigital is another network I have had great experiences with. I love their interface and tracking!

Hydra is pretty cool - they have tons of great offers and pay very high for zip submits and similar offers.

Copeac has the coolest people .... but they lack good offers in my opinion.

MaxBounty is a perfect blend - great people, plenty of great offers (pretty high paying) and they pay via paypal.
