How to get keyword ranking up in search engine…

I lost my keyword ranking. I don’t know how it’s got down. I want to get back my keywords ranking up. So if someone knows about that how ranking up then please let me know.

you should get more backlinks for that keyword from sites which have more page rank than your site..

 

while I agree with everyone saying to keep linkbuilding, I think it is always wise to look at what changed first...did your keyword density change....competition increase....backlinks go down.....site is young and google is shuffling? Identify the problem.
