Just a followup to anyone reading the thread. Dinesh get back to after seeing my message. He had some delay, but did come through and deliver a great video. And to make up for the delay, he did some video submissions at no charge. From my communication with him, and reading reviews from others, I think this was just a one off mixup. And he did make it right. I do plan to use his services again.
