Selling Active forum - $60/month revenue NO RESERVE!

I'm selling a GFX forum that I purchased a month and a half ago. The reason I am selling is I start school next week. I need to get rid of most of my sites because I'm not going to have time for them.

Currently, Gra-fix is a GFX and art design forum. It has over 20,000 posts and over 500 members. I have made 60 dollars in the month that I purchased it. Revenue has come from three things.

1. Selling links on DP - $10/ and $5/month for footer link. I able to sell 3. They have since expired.
2. Donations - $30+ from donations.
3. Adsense - I'm not quite sure exactly how much came from adsense b/c I never properly set a channel for this. New owner should expect some revenue from adsense.
