yup the listed points are great - you shouldnt have any issues - the reason to use so many methods is so that say tomorrow google devalued a certain type of link - ie directories then you will not be effected as much because you have also concentrated on many more types of links- think of your backlinks as pillers which hold up your site - the more types of pillers the stronger your site - also it might be a good idea to refer to your onsite as the foundation to your seo - if your foundation is week then there is only so much you can build on it - best of luck
