High international traffic High CTR still paid

I get high international traffic and high CTR for 3 month straight since June and got paid no problem. Probably because i'm a high earner?

 

Nope I think it's because you haven't been caugh yet lol, or the international people don't click the ads.

No way man.. only 70% is US and other 30% is foreign.. I think they clicked it at least once

I dont see why you are even telling this to anyone. You know its against TOS, right? Plus..for some reason, I can see your calling or emailing YPN! and reporting yourself. May sounds stupid, but people are fu[ked up now a days.

Edit: Also, are you using GEOtargetting?

 

You may be getting lucky. I would geo traget it and be safe rather then risk it.

IMO if the US portion of your traffic is converting higher than average, you should be entitled to more than average intl. traffic.

Here is a late night quiz for you:
If I have a site A with 50% US traffic and 50% intl traffic and a 10% conversion rate compared to a site B with 100% US traffic but a 5% conversion rate, which site would YPN prefer to have in its program?

more than likely you just have not been audited yet...

 

At this point its up to you to geo target. You can use scripts such as phpadsnew or mySimpleAds.

The good thing about geo targetting is that you not only block international clicks from YPN, you can still monetize those clicks through adsense or the such.

LOL! You have been lucky thats all. There are no secret policies for high earners.

International traffic will get you terminated, its just matter of when.

yes, you are a lucky guy. And, trust me, the change over to geotargeting is one tough changeover to stomach. I instantly noticed a 60% drop in clicks after I did it. This was done last year so I've since gotten over it

I'd do is asap.

Geotargetting doesnt have to be 100% (it usually can't, thats why Yahoo deducts later as they checkout ips and where they fall)

With phpadsnew or similar you should be able catch 75% of your international clicks. Which even if your had 40% int visitors, it would reduce it to 10%.

Also atm your not getting paid for all the international visitors. Since up an adsense account or similar and show other ads to international visitors. Then your getting a potential income from 100% of your visitors, and not just USA ones.

 

I'm sure he gets it by now. Leave the thread alone now, for god sakes.
