This website seems to question the estimates of future pagerank as well

    waste of time.
no one can predict. it is just pure calculation google is doing.
PR is not statistics, it is mathematics.

Exactly. The algo to calculate the PR keeps changing and is known only to google.

Forget about PR and concentrate on traffic :)

Page rank algo has many things included by google - like the quality of link pages where your links are. You can even guess if you have all the reports of your site's backlinks.

Nobody can predict what will be pagerank for a given website.
But I can predict the future of PageRank -it will simply disappear.
It has almost 0 value today, and just left as Google historical treasure.
PR just triggers more link building campaigns and other strategies that trying to trick the system (Google algorithms). As result, one day it will be discontinued, hided from Google toolbar and that is it.

Unfortunately, PR has value in the eye of my customer. People who are looking to buy ads are looking for PR. I am telling them "dude, my site is on google's 1st results page". They say, "yes but I want to increase my PR, so I will buy on sites with high PR"... SUX..

I agree, this is only where PR is used, by people who has no idea what is that. That why it will be removed and all that industry will disappear.

Most of PR prediction websites made for fun purpose after all. I never seen any accurate out of them and I never relied on their prediction.

    Is this your own website?
