18yr old wants to be BIG in Organics - 24 hours $20

This is a small prize as I've convinced the contest holder to come to DP and they dont believe we'll get a result (and) people to trust for other work thats needed but here goes. I'm looking for a logo/advert for a green label to get a holding page up.

This is for an 18 year old who has an idea and wants to try business (I wish her well where so many have failed) so here goes. She wants to build a holding page with a logo for a new eco brand. She wants the logo to look friendly but established and its got to be obvious this is eco-friendly! She'll pay up to $50 for a page with mention of extra products, watermarkes, straplines, bulltet points etc.

Its got to have that natural vibe she’s looking for something to bridge the niche sectors and could apply to natural beauty products, or eco household products as well as organic food.

She saw this one http://www.vivawoman.net/2010/05/04/guest-review-juice-beauty-organic-skin-care/ - and likes the raindrop thing, maybe we could use ‘two’ one green one blue – but it would have to be original don’t want any problems. – What we have to remember here is this logo has got to work over a range of products.

Here’s another one and its the simplicity of this one http://www.thisworks.com/ really hits the mark. A logo that’s a statement without being to flowery, that works on white backgrounds, or the solid colours (on the packaging) just makes it look cool and modern.

S*o*R*e*a*l*.co.uk has to come over AS WHAT IT IS – a brand of products that are REAL, Natural, Organic. This could be anything from anti-aging face products to a sack of potatoes - And that’s the brief.

Would want all the usual files, vector etc and got to be 300dpi for print. Files copyright etc become mine, all images have to be original or paid for.

* This is a contest for a holding page (with a logo) while I work with 'the winner' to design the actual website. The winner gets to design all the marketing and packaging material too.

** For this first part I’d like to see a logo with a separate image of a packaged coloured product that fits in the overall holding page.

The winner gets ‘the contract’ to build the website and ‘all’ the branding, based on the funding secured from the holding page. I expect this to be around $1000 so this is a contest well worth getting involved with.

I have other contracts from people who want to start-up but none from a 18 year old with hardly any money who wants to be a success.

$30 for initial work (as above) up to $250 for packaging ideas, and $250 for the website.

Plus whatever extra work required up to and additional $500 will be paid on top!

Yes I'm looking for a logo but would like a something that sits in a holding page that she can show suppliers, so they take her seriously intead of treat her like a kid. Thats the reason I asked for a mock up of a packaged product. Something like this http://www.purohealth.com/ with the INTRODUCING rather than coming soon. So you've got the logo on the page with a couple of jars branded with the logo?

It only needs to be one graphic, I'm not asking anyone to build a holding page, I'll put the page together and upload everything?

PS: It should be $50 for this, dont know why I put in $30 - too late at night I guess lol

 

I don't know why I feel like that but maaan! I will work my ass off for this project..

C'mon everyone have a go at this, this is a kid who's serious about the whole climate thing. From the air miles it takes to bring us some of our food, to the chemicals we use in household products, she doesnt even want bad stuff in her make-up.

Thats why I took on this project. Like you say Genial

I guess that kinda sums it up and I dont want to be the one to burst her bubble, whose to say a green kid can't start a successful business from scratch? - It will be interesting watching this one that's for sure and if I can help her get started - I'm IN!

**And the fastest way to make sure suppliers acknowledge her potential is to get her a kick-ass logo and a mocked up holding page!!

 

I'm sorry if I missed something here, but what does the actual logo have to say? SoReal.co.uk or just SoReal?

As i understand you need a logo and then a splash like page and then a lot of things aftherwards........I made a logo and some product design just to see if i'm heading the right way. If you like it i will continue work and make the rest of the stuff you requested.

Sorry people, been away but the client had a look and didnt see anything that she liked. I've just looked and think track is the best but it might be because of the box with an idea of packaging, however if she doesnt like any theres not much I can do?

 

We can still come up with new ideas...?
