do you know any good places where one can promote their site and get some feedback for it? Most preferably it could be free or with payments via paypal.

You may try different forums then attach your signature in every post you will make. I think that is the cheapest marketing strategy that you can do.

 

Yes but I am interested in some feedback as well. Or a place where startups might be judged and reviewed by users or something similar. Even for some money.

 

Depending on the site you have. But to get only feedback or a few reply shouldn't be too hard, I'm sure many of us here and other IM forum would be more than happy to take a look.

 

Hi, why not to try social network sites? You can make new friends there and share your source with them.

 

If you are happy to pay someone for the review you could try fiverr or sites like that. But I have found forum signatures seem to be one of the most effective ways of getting direct traffic to an offer and I know there is a forum on here that reviews sites.

as i understand you dont want to use forums a lot coz you want to know who is interested in your site, so social networks is a very good decision for you i think, try it, and its free like you want.
