Hi DP friends, In the last few days I experienced problems with 2 DP members, and one of them is premium member. They order services from me, I complete what we agreed and for 2 days they are not replying to my PM or emails. I got 4 customers for the same service two of them are happy with service and order more and the other 2 are just acting like there is nothing! Please advice!
Unfortunately, you can do nothing with it. For future, you can stop working for them and ask for advance payments.
Leave the itrader as other people have said and also you can Google search their username - see if they used the same name on another forum. Get on that forum and see if they have an itrader type of system or at least warn other people of who it is or see if they are willing to contact you through that username on that site.
Thanks for advice Matt, yes I did it! 2 Negative feedbacks! The best is, that if I don't get any reply from them, I can easily delete my work!
Make sure you get an advance payment before you start working. And let them sign a contract if you think that's needed.
About 12 hours have pass no reply from both of them, but I already gave them negative iTrader. I even gave a bonus articles to those bastards. Should I post their usernames here? Or this will be to offensive?
I mean 12 hours after negative iTrader have been posted, it is more than 48 hours since nobody is paying or replying
