New site got 5k uniques and 4gb bandwidth in SINGLE day! I am stunned!

    I was totally stunned.

    I recently started a website last week and to my surprise in a single day it got 5k uniques and absorbed 4gb bandwidth. I wrote an article and never thought it would grab attention and it did! Even my site is not fully indexed by google?

    how could this have happened?

    Yeah! There is a lot of work it took and spent a lot of $xxx as well in buying equipments and games. i thought it would total waste of money and the opposite happened! Its just unthinkable.

    he never said anything about keywords or search ranking.

    he said he wrote an article, and people come in...

    It is unlikely, this is what I think...

    1: He is not telling the truth, maybe wants some thread attention or
    2: he bought cheap worthless traffic which is possible if you buy enough.

    I am leaning toward answer number 1

    i did submit to digg and somebody there saw this article and from there it spread like wildfire. I am an idiot forgot to put adsense and so no $$$ from traffice. Aghh!
