How to make fake utility bill for PayPal

Please help. I have over $2000 in my PayPal account but I cannot withdraw it. My account has not been limited but I have to admit additional info such as foto ID and proof of address in oder to withdraw the amount of money. How can I make a fake utility bill? If anyone knows, please advice since I am desperate and don't know what else to do.

Why should you need to make a fake utility bill? If you live with your parents or a room mate and the utilities are not in your name, just call the Paypal support number and explain what is going on. If you created the account illegally and against Paypal's terms of service by specifying a false age or what not, then all I can suggest is finding a cable bill or something for your current address scanning it and editing it in Acrobat (if you scanned to pdf with OCR) or Adobe Photoshop (If you scanned to image).

Don't make fake utility bills. It's illegal and if caught you'll be in big trouble!

 

That's part of why I said just contact paypal support, I doubt they are so impossible as to understand a story such as "I have a roommate and his name is on all the bills" or something.

Exactly! I often wonder why people even consider doing things like this. It's obviously a perilous road to travel and just plain wrong. Is it really that hard to stay on the right side of the law, for crying out loud? Sheesh!

 

Go out and get a bill put in your name. Simple. Order a newspaper or buy some electricty or gas. Get a rent recept that explains your utilities are included. Dont dig a bigger hole than you are already in. They have bigger tabs on you than you think. I got my account screwed because I shared an email address wit a dude who ordered a printer on ebay and iddnt pay... well a year or two later, my paypal account had been locked up over that damn printer and that shared email. They are like a bunch of psychic sherlock holmes up in there. ;D Do the right thing and make sure nobody gets effed around.
