I want to see what some of you think about submitting to web directories with PR 0. Do you think it is a waste of time to submit to web directories with zero PR?

no no, it's never time wasting, what's happen if it's pr 0, it's make your link popularity, and build your website straight.

It definitely won't hurt you, but I don't think it will help much either. If you can automate this process then it's probably not a bad idea.

If you think it a waste of time then you are totally wrong, to submit your site in 0 pr will help you when site will be approved and in future PR of the directory in which you have submitted will be improved.

Check the directory's homepage PR. If it's high, then even the PR 0 category page will be a decent link.
