    I like phpblog.com that's really nice. The other ones I don't really think are that great.. Reg fee IMO.

    People rarely use PHP CLI....

    PHPCLI is not that good coz ppl are not really using it regularly.

    ...EstiBot is wrong, auto appraisers are always wrong, so don't get your hopes up.

    PHPBlog is the nicest, i'd say Mid - High $xx without development.
