Hi... I just checked my keywords using the keyword tracker for the first time in a couple weeks. Today for some reason it is returning N/A for all of my keywords. Previously it was working fine. I have not changed anything related to digital point tracking on the site in question. I am able to view the advanced script that I have in place on my server; I noticed in another thread that someone was having trouble with being denied access to this file. This is not happening in my case. I can see it fine and it is the same as the script offered on dp. Does anyone know what else could be causing the tracker to no longer work for me? I don't see any notice of changes to the code that you put on each page to be tracked. Any advice is greatly appreciated. j
Hi... Thanks for the reply. If I click on individual keywords it seems to work fine. However, If I click on 'Check All' it does not. The keywords that I have clicked on individually will remain with the correct rank etc. but any ones that I have not individually clicked on previously will remain as NA. Curious...
When you run the Check All, does it run through everything? (like you can see the counter counting down)
The counter starts out with the correct number of keywords but after clicking the Check All it finishes immediately. The usual delay is not present. However, I just checked in IE (which I probably should have done before posting; sorry!) and it seems to work. I've never had issues with Firefox on the site before. Perhaps some extension I have installed is messing with things.
I have rebooted and all seems to be working again even in Firefox. I'm not sure what the issue was but thanks for your time and help!
Shawn, I was having the same problem and it was a problem with my advanced.php on my server. Not sure exactly what happened but it was unable to open the google api. I removed the advanced options and it still is not work. I get the same thing, it starts up fine but finishes immediately and makes everything NA
Likely is, Google stuff that interacts with people is always down. At least the search engine part isn't
