    is it ligal to use adsense in a free file hosting / sharing website
    and what about the people who upload illigal files

    and if it's not ligal then what is the best way in your experince to make money out of file host website

    Well there is no solid proof which can tell you that how google adsense treat a website. Its upto google adsense that which site they accept. I have seen Porn sites using Google Adsense.

    porn sites are allowed with a premium AdSense account.
    I think file sharing is not allowed, because most users to upload illegal content is very difficult to remove these
