This website has never been marketed. I simply set it up and let it go. I never had time to actually run any type of marketing campaign for it. If I did, I'm sure it would be netting $XXX easy.

How does this website make money?

Primarily through Adsense. It has made money from clicks in the past couple of months this year.

In addition to Adsense, I integrated a new newsletter into the website. You can find it at the top right hand side of the website. This newsletter will surely make you money. It will allow you to gather the information of anyone who is interested in building their own solar panels. Once they sign up, they get a free basic guide to read over. You then get to email them affiliate offers later on and get paid for every sale you make. This is a great opportunity that has the potential to make you a nice sum of money alongside Adsense earnings.

The only thing this website is really missing is the actual marketing. You market it and send traffic to it and it will make you money for sure. If you need advice on marketing, I will be available to answer any of your questions by email for 30 days after purchasing the website.

Transferring Website

I will help you transfer the website to your web hosting account free of charge. Your web hosting account must be run on cPanel and must have the Fantastico software. If you do not have a web hosting account, I can keep the website for 30 days on my server free of charge.

Transferring The Domain Name

The domain name is registered at Godaddy.com - I will push/transfer the domain name, solarpanelinformer.com , to your Godaddy account right after the sale. If you do not have a Godaddy account, you can open one up with them free of charge.

Update: IN addition to getting the website, I will also provide you with the list of keywords that people have entered into search engines to get to this website. This is very valuable information. It will tell you which keywords you should be targeting in the search engines first to increase website traffic quickly.
