How to test wordpress index page using googl optimizer?

Hi,
I have been trying to figure out how to test different variations of a wordpress index page using google website optimizer.

I have a call to action text above the posts that gets a lot of clicks, and I want to test different variations of it.
The problem is, all the GWO plugins are built to test single posts or pages, not variations made in the theme.
Some helpful comments will be much apreciated!
