Selling PR3 Fantasy Sports related site with content and traffic

I am selling a PR3 website that is dedicated to fantasy sports. Not your typical fantasy sports site. But this site has been built around the smaller fantasy sports contests and games available. It started out as a fan blog for a certain product, but that product has since vanished and the site has evolved into a site where fantasy sports fans in general come for the latest and greatest products.

It is PR3. Gets great traffic. Contains a database of close to 1000 users/emails. Very focused group that love fantasy sports. Has made revenue over the past year over $500 from many different sources (adsense, link sales, affiliate programs of fantasy sports, ads, more). 325 posts of unique content.

The last month or so has been slower due to my lack of time to blog. But when things are rolling, they are rolling. I have Google Analytics to show the stats/traffic if you'd like. Can show you some earnings proof as well if need be.

This is a great buy for someone who enjoys fantasy sports and wants a heads up on the crowd. Anytime a new product comes out I can get the word out VERY QUICKLY to them and capitalize on affiliate earnings. Plus, in general a legit PR 3 site with content is quite valuable these days.

Hey romn... I'm not actively selling it right now but I definitely could/would sell it.

 

Whats your price ? Is the site still up ? It would be my first site, is it hard to learn to operate ?

 

Probably wouldn't sell it for under $150... I have a few link/ad deals that generate this type of income nearly every quarter on it so unfortunately wouldn't be able to go much lower. It's setup through Wordpress so no - not hard to learn at all.

 

If you can sell it to me up and runing including some minor instructions I will take it.

Hey Michael... Do you have hosting? The domain is at GoDaddy currently so you would need a GoDaddy account for me to transfer to and then some sort of basic hosting. I'd be willing to give some instruction on the basics but from there you will just need to learn Wordpress deeper.

According to several PR check websites, your site only has a PR1, not PR3.

 

LOL cmon. This thread is 6+ months old. PR was just updated. This site has been sold a LONG TIME ago so no idea what the PR is now.
