    Great directory and I would love to add my site. Do you think you could add a new category that would be a better fit for my site, and many others. Something like Vascular Disease?

    I try submitting and it says "Please make sure you use a backlink from your domain".

    So a backlink is indeed required.

    I checked and looks like it is requiring a back link - I could not figure out how to turn it off.
    Will open a ticket with my scrip provider and see how it goes.
