hi everybody,

can somebody of you guys help me i have a problem with my commission Junction account : i'm a CJ User and i've got money in my account but i don't understand why they didn't send me my paiment ( i have about 300 $ ) and the minimum paiment is 60 $ i'm i right so can somebody please respond and help me if you can ?

I suppose you could send CJ an email and ask them. Before you do that you should read their help files about payments and then read the TOS of the specific programs you are promoting. Then check to make sure your account information is accurate.

Do that and you'll get paid if you are due.

 

You can try to email them or there should be a link to request payment.

 

First confirm that you have filled Tax Information correctly.
CJ do send payments on-time.
Ask their support and they will respond you within 24 hours.

 

please do make sure you send the tax info to them to enable the release your payment, and if you have done that , dont hesitate to email them i bet they will repond by releasing your cash

i think you should read their terms and conditions properly again and then if you think that you are right then email them and ask what is the problem and if there is any fault thell them to tell you about that. i think they will respond cause CJ is a very popular company.

 

Watch the training video on this - CJ website (training link). It explains many different situation but on average you should get paid 2 months after the sale was made.
