    I believe it is because of your Geographical location, since you are not in the country that the new offer is available, you can't see it..

    You don't take the surveys if you are a publishers, and if aren't in the USA the advertisers doesn't want your offer completion.

    don't take the surveys if you are a publishers ??? Can you explain more about that, i mean why they add Newest surveys and publishers can't take it, Please note I'm publisher from France, what can i do with surveys in France

    and what about this option

    Managing Surveys: To enabled/disable surveys, Use the Manage Surveys option in your widget editor.

    To add the new ones to your widget, I believe I read someplace you have to have made over $250 total. Until then, you get the non-premium ones.
