    when you do something like that you may have to ask yourself "what do I really want?"
    do you want to publish any trash on a MFA site just to attract site visitors and offer as the only out fo site way an ad to click
    or
    do you want to create customer satisfaction with value content and keep your site visitors as long as possible on your own site to enjoy your own self created unique content ...
    the era of MFA sites is over
    its just time to offer true value and make sure site visitors never are accidentally leaving your own site.

    I've seen many people doing it, and no, I don't belive it is against their TOS. Why would it be? It's a very good startegy to offer an Adsense ad as the only "out" on the page. I know Google has been frowning on this as of late, but I don't belive you'll get your account banned over it. If they don't like, they'll warn you to stop.

    Its not allowed. Forcing your visitors to see google adsense ads or make them click accidiently is against their TOS.
    Check this out - http://adsense.blogspot.com/2006/12/ad-and-image-placement-policy.html If you're lucky, then they'll warn you, but in most cases you get a straight slap on your face with account ban.

    Try ads for Videos, it'll convert better. I have seen adsense in some videos;

    The way you have the layout in the attached image, the ads are so close to the video controls people might accidentally click the ads when they want to pause the video.

    Invalid clicks like that can get your account disabled.

    I was a bit worried to read this thread. My whole web site uses these ad placements. I know the rule but I do not feel my ads are misleading. What do you guys think?- http://www.best-video-clips-ever.com . Is there a way to check these things with Google to know for sure?

    It's totally fine, I have a site that has many youtube videos and I put a big ad right beside it. I've even had someone from Google suggest ways to optimize my site.

    I think it is fine, as long as you are not trying to encourage clicks.
