Buying Mobile website needs User Account system

    I'm in the process of creating a mobile website with business listings, reviews and ratings. Unfortunately I am not very experienced with coding and am not able to do the whole website myself, so I'm looking for someone to do the things I can't do.

    The biggest thing is to create a User Account system which will allow site visitors to:

    - Create an account (which would be added to my database immediately)
    - Log in to their account
    - Manage their account profile
    - Write reviews of the businesses that are in my database
    - Rate businesses on a scale of 1 to 5 (and save the rating to the database - and display the Average Rating (in stars) on the site)
    - Flag a listing as being outdated/incorrect

    Nothing too complicated here.

    I'm sorry but you DO NOT know about my experience! As I am probably many years older then you I also have 8 Years Freelance Experience in PHP and many other languages. I also completed 3 Years worth of college courses to be where I am today!

    So as I said when it comes to building a CMS from start you have many avenues to keep in mind such as Security, Flexibility, Weight and the main thing you need to keep in mind is how much stress the script will put on the server with the amount of possible users. Keeping that in mind you will then need to get into cacheing and this is what I mean by Complex! I have made many CMS Sites custom and know what it takes to create what the OP is looking for!


    Sorry OP for an off topic message but you need to keep in mind that there are Programmers on this forum that have real experience and then there are others that say they can do something but in the long run take the easy way out to collect the cash quickly!

    A website is much like a house, build it right and you will encounter minimal problems... Build it cheap and you will end up with a house worth NOTHING!
