    It's called Arbitrage and it's frowned upon... some people get away with it for awhile but it eventually catches up to them.

    Google doesn't want it because it brings no value to advertisers.

    i have one questions about advertise.

    can we advertise our site (with facebook.com) when we have on our site google adsense ? ?
    if i advertise with facebook will google adsense ban me or something alse ? ?
    is this a problem ?
    i want to advertise my site on facebook.

    I saw on many site using adword and adsense to-gather, i think this is not against TOS, i read rest of rule but i did not found any type of rule for this specific term.

    If you want to advertise your website which is primarily monitized by adsense. Do not do that! Not because it is not legal, but because you will not be in profit.
    However no problem in spending your spare free adwords credits.

    Yes, its completely fine to use adwords with adsense as long as your site isn't a totally crappy MFA site. To prove it, I just got this in the mail today:

    "Thanks for being a loyal AdSense publisher. To help promote your site, Here's $100 worth of *advertising on Adwords for free."

    If it wasn't OK they wouldn't send me this stuff every 6 months.

    I think it is both OK (adwords to adsense , facebook to adsense)
