    Use an automated tool (costs you money probably) to find high-PR do-follow blogs or install a SEO browser plugin which flags no-follow links and displays the current page's PR and go blog hunting manually.

    If you want to find do follow blog search on Google for “list of dofollow blogs” to find lists of blogs other people had already put together. You can also use a dofollow blog search engine to search for blogs on particular topics.

    Fast blog finder, Comment Kahuna, and my ABSOLUTE favorite is DoFellow. It's simple, relatively fast (considering what a scan involves) and consistent. You can find them through directories, web searches, and, Yes, you should have a toolbar installed with a nofollow highlighter.
