    is it because my bids on my keywords are low,if landing page and everything is OK.

    Campaign pending status will be displayed if your ads are waiting for approval not due to low bids..

    Yes, you have to wait for their system to approve your campaign. Probably their little way of makign sure adult related content doesnt get through.

    Thank you guys ,i placed 3 adds a week ago,one ad was approved right away and 2 still pending ,even the one that is approved ,no traffic,is it because low bid on my keywords.

    biding plays a main role for the quick action in terms of adwords. And the other reason may be competition of that ads.

    sometimes the approval of the ads get delayed for even weeks. so, try dropping a mail to the adwords support so they can have a look into it. it surely helps out. you can find the link to contact the support on the footer of adwords help.

    It is because of low bids on highly competitive keywords.I would suggest you to wait for one more week and then raise the bid.
    Also dropping mail will be good.
