    Hey guys what’s up! I currently have a web design blog that I would like to sell. I currently am too busy with school and just do not have the time to manage it and thinks its time for a new owner to take over. the blog is already establish and has over 20 high quality posts. It has a pagerank of 2 and alexa rank of 237,403. Site makes $180 from advertisers every month If you want to learn more shoot me an email via themeforest or leave a message in the forum.

    I figure I post it here since there are a lot of designers and I do not want to post it somewhere where a person might get it just to make money.
