You probably aren't going to listen, but save your money or lower your expectations. "seo company" is A LOT easier to rank for than some of your keywords. I don't care if you spend $10,000 or $20,000 NO COMPANY is going to deliver what you want - period. That is far too little to rank for all those keywords, and no legitimate SEO company would take your money and give a guarantee. Anyone that guarantees you a #1 - #10 ranking is scamming you - and even more so for a year. The best SEO companies in the world wouldn't take the job for $10K a month - much less give you a real guarantee (maybe some bs guarantee of 50% of your money back if they don't deliver - and I would give you that guarantee, and even make it #1 ranking guarantee i.e. do nothing and refund half of whatever you paid.) Having said that, you are sure to get a lot of so-called SEO's who will say they can deliver for some cheap price. If they could rank a site for all those keywords, they could make a heck of a lot more money that anything they could charge you.

its nice,you can work at your own for those keywords,and try to build as much backlinks as you can,but hiring someone for this task would be costly

For those keywords competition is very very highhhhhhh It means u have spend more money .A lot of money..

 

This will take a big fund, let alone with a single keyword with fierce competition, a long time and much more. Why not try some simple keywords based on existing keywords?
