Buying Need A WARNING Popup For A Site

    Hi,

    I have a site that requires a WARNING popup for anyone trying to access ANY page on the site, not just the front entrance. Once they agree to the Terms they should be allowed access for a certain amount of time and then when they visit again they should have to accept the Terms again.
