I'm after an Analytic tool that will track which search terms was used?

Is GA the best free tool available for tracking stats or would you recommend another?

GA is the best free tool to track the traffic sources of your website. There are some paid tools as well like omniture etc that do also offer the advanced tracking solutions.

One of the best I've seen. However, I do have a traffic analyzer that I use for one website that is from Godaddy. It's very useful.

Yes, to view the search terms used to find your site just go to:
Analytics -> Profile -> Traffic Sources -> Search Engines -> Select search engine -> List of search terms
