    You can create the contact form the way you want it to look then grab a free captcha script to protect it against spammers and it will handle the POST action for you as well to send it to the email you specify when you create your captcha code.

    It is too much easy if u want to make it in flash or in php just google it u will found thousands of ways to make it and many are free
