Want an XML Sitemap Generator which generate unlimited URL ! Free !

Hello fried
Before few days i had started wallpaper website and i had uploaded many wallpapers.
this script include inbuilt sitemap Generator When i click on update site map it automatically updated in few minutes but the problem is that it generate very less URL around 103 URL of my site and 10% of them google will index so i had tried external software This one it generate 2,287 URL and 67 of them is indexed by Google but problem is that for generating this sitemap it takes 3 hours...

i want one free software which generate unlimited URLs in sitemap and which is free also
if anyone know this type of software or website plz giv me the link any link RS | HF ..

This one can build a sitemap from your local file names, should be a lot faster than crawling the site.

Does your content management system have any plugins you can use to generate a sitemap? I know phpBB and Wordpress have great generators which build sitemaps with idle server resources and automatically update them.

 

ya it has plugin but very less URL's are crawled that's the big problem but now i had found some free software so i can generate a sitemap.

But i have one confusion here i read one article on Google Webmaster Support

Well, A1 Sitemap generator (not free) can create image sitemaps although still improving on it.

However, if you have are using a wallpaper plugin, have you tried contacting the author(s) about adding support for image sitemaps and listing? This even goes for your normal XML sitemaps generator plugin. If it does not include all URLs, try contact the author of it?

I don't even know how to create a Google sitemap. Do you offer step by step instructions on how to do so?

 

I am like you and have a large website and have found that most of the free XML sitemap creators do not include all my urls. As an alternative for the moment i have been using excel but to be honest its a little time consuming if you are making regular changes. Tried a few demo of paid software also but not many of these gave me great results. I think Coffeecup was the best of the bunch.

 

I feel kinda dumb for asking this question, but what does a sitemap actually do ? I asked this question just a few moments ago in another thread, but wanted to get a few pointers from others. Is still learning how the internet works and all that good stuff. Could you tell me more please? Thank you so much!

 

Html sitemap is for user experience with a listing of all your pages that users can browse and find the page they want, also helps seo a little.

XML sitemap is primarily for search engines, submit to webmaster tools to help the crawler to crawl all the pages in your site.

A sitemap browser is like an internet user that has decided to read all the pages of one site. In the beginning he doesn't know the links in the site, so he opens the main URL, reads it, and takes note of every URL (belonging to the site) found in this first page, then, when finished reading the first page, he takes the first item of his list and does exactly the same. When he finished reading all the items of the list, all the links he could open and read, are belonging to his sitemap.

So as you can see, building a sitemap requires a lot of resources. You have sometimes to read important volumes of data, and store lots of intermediary results. If you are doing it remotely, this can also take lots of time.
