    It has already been said to shift the adsense block into the middle column put a whole "skyscraper" on that.

    That would mean you've already started with that.
    You should check, if there have been any results with link building:

    For further link building directories and forums are OK, but you should also create a free blog in support.

    Are we allowed to change the Size of the Adsense Code and specify our own Size instead of using the default already made Custom Adsense Ad Units?
    Say for eg:I want to set the size of the adsense Ad to 400*400 instead of other Custom already made Ad Sizes,am I allowed to do that and has anybody tried it and not got banned from adsense.I was thinking probably that'll help my adsense conversions.

    You are not allowed to change the ads directly outside the format code for google adsense, if you edit code ads is against TOS of google adsense, resulting in your account will be banned

    you should increase traffic & ctr.I have seem lots of members are claiming ctr of 25% but without any blackhat i dont think it is possible.

    Dump the adsense for search and only put in adsense for content. My adsense for search is terrible compared to adsense for content. When I say terrible I mean like $.15 compared to $50.

    Post always unique content and always try to get good keywords . But remember too much keywords can also harm you .. After that you have to find places related to your niche and promote your stuff . If you are capable of driving traffic related to your niche than earnings will increase for sure ...
