Is risk in withdrawing money with Electronic widrawal option today(29th July)?

    Should I withdraw money today ?
    They said 29th July Onwards...So it will be 28th in US. So is is safe to withdraw money with electronic transfer ?

    Freeshead .They clearly said From July 29, 2010 onwards, you will only be able to request for a cheque withdrawal of funds from your PayPal account.So my sincere advise is don take risk and wait for few days and pray.

    Its better that you call and ask Paypal about this issue rather than mails because they will send same monitored emails again and again.Its no use to ask Paypal with emails:(

    I think "No"(but no Any risk, I think this time PayPal not proceed your withdrawal)


    But Good News is: Few Hours ago I am receive money on My PayPal account(PayMent status: Completed and money added to my paypal account.)

    I have withdrawan today 4:30 AM, lets see what happens. The withdrawal request was processed smoothly and I was not stopped by the website. Just assumed that even if the money could not be transferred to bank account, it will be refunded to PayPal. Also, banked upon the previous experiences of getting money in bank account within 36 hours of withdrawal.

    I preferred to gamble the move than to wait for 1 month to encash the cheques.

    Keeping fingers crossed.

    me too. did it by 29th 4AM early morning india time though paypal shows it as 28th. i thought i was the last. lets see whether it goes through. i have taken that risk.

    I made 2 withdrawals yesterday. Now the status is 'Completed'. Will update you when the money is in my bank. Now my paypal balance is zero and 80% chance is that I wont be using their services anymore.

    When i called paypal yesterday they said they will remove the option of electronic transfer, after that you can't make the electronic transfer, so i think if the option is showing you can make the transaction, may be the option will shows only for today, and after that they will remove the option, because 29 there start a few hours ago... hope it helps everyone

    You can make NEFT transfer to your bank until they do not remove the option from there. If option is still there then no problem to withdrawal.
