I have listed many site ptp sites and cpm sites in my website.If you want,i can share with you.
Site like ptp123 Redirect users.
But if you wish to try traditional banner based cpm network,then there are many more.
Topeuro.biz,Kitara media,traffic revenue,popads.net,Binlayer.com etc.

 

1,000,000 * $.01 (Cost Per Full Page Ad View) =$10,000 , but thats just a rough estimate with the Full Page Ads. ... I wish I could get a check that high lol...my last check was only about $600 from Adbrite....

i think traffic revenue is a pretty good for CPM. Do check them out. I have their invisible code and for displaying nothing on my site, I still earn like 1USD daily. easy 1 buck =D
