I have uploaded all their content to my site

but when you try access my site, it doesnt look like theirs ?

You have got to be kidding me.

 

copying a good layout is not that bad

 

I think seo.com looks like a really good layout. I would think it has a good CMS such as wordpress or drupal installed on it, start there. You will go further with a fresh theme from wordpress than doing your own HTML coding.

I got an excellent layout for $5 on fiverr from a guy who has developed website and designed for 15 years.

It looks similar to 1seo.com and seo.com but is even better as it captures leads at several points.

Then i did a press release and now i'm once again #1 in google news for my niche, now its only time to import content and get new clients.

 

Nope neither copied content or layout, my end design was just using it as a point of reference because most sites have terrible layouts.

The aim of business is to outdo your competitors in either your service offering or price. Now I can do both.
