    I got a call today from Google that the next update will be in February 2011. No need to panic, just carry on with your SEO work.

    Blog category on my new site (month old) went up to a PR1 but the homepage is still PR0. Not sure if that is normal or not (never looked into pagerank much before) but it seems weird. It was an improvement for the better I guess, I'm just wondering why my homepage didn't update since that's where all the backlink building was going to.

    Google policy is user oriented and from the users point of view the PR does not matter.
    So, will be NOT any major update anymore, instead minor updates and PR corections all the time.
