    Hi,

    It takes 12 hours normally to setup the VPS, however with DA, it takes longer. I checked on your order, and it has been setup, and a technician will install and license DirectAdmin tomorrow & you should receive provisioning details once it is complete. We could send you the details now (upon request), but it is a hassle if you install/use the VPS before we get to it, as we need a clean slate to install the panel on.

    If you purchase cPanel with your VPS, we can assist you (cPanel > cPanel transfer) but if you order a different control panel, we cannot.
