What do you think common people search on which term? 1st or 2nd check the searching volume for both keyphrase.
It's good and bad. At least a b c comes up in page 2/3. "a b c" is an exact match, just as I wouldn't expect any other site to be "microsoft office", you have cornered the market on "a b c". Keep at it, and don't despair. It all takes time and tweaking.
I'd say that it's pretty good, although you also want to rank high for derivative terms. Don't use the same anchor text in all of your backlinks.
This person needs to just give his url and the keywords he came up #1 for. Then we can just check for him.
make sure you enter porn mode (ctrl shift N) on Google Chrome or Chromium and then search for your site in google.. Also sign out of google toolbar so your favourites aren't automatically displayed. I almost had a heart attack from too much excitement when I saw that I was #1 in google, but then I realized that is was because I was using google bookmarks.. what a bummer.
You could just be there because of Google's personalized search parameters. Try your search again, delete everything in your URL up to the keywords and then type &pws=0 into your nav. Then hit return/enter and that will give you your true positioning. Obviously being there is good if you're targeting those keywords. It sounds like it must be something extremely specific or rare though to be ranking that well that quickly. Good Luck!
many three word search terms will fall under what people call 'long tail' keywords. if you do try to optimize your site for 'long tail' keywords, you will see a good result fairly quickly, I think.
Hi, Nyla Since you have used "" around your search keywords, Google would return the exact match results for the keyword. Generally speaking, having targeted keywords in your domain name would be really helpful for SERP purpose. all the best,
Well your blog is a new one and if its having keywords in it and you are ranking the same as you posted, then its a good sign for you. Keep working and you will be get rewarded soon....
Thanks for all the replies, I rephrase my question again,I can see some of you understand the question and I have my answer partially, say if I have a website name ABC.com, ABC three different key words, if I type in google A B C I am on first page but at the end of the page and again on 2nd page, (with normal key word search). Now as you all guru's know to chekc the competetion on the keyword we normally use "" so if I type "A B C" I am on 1st page of google again but not one time only 6 times, via link wheel I did for my blog, via article submissions, at the momment I am using traffic pulling software to grab more and more traffic. So am I really on the first page as I mentioned above???
One more thing, its niche(blog) about weight loss, just spend 5 hours to find out the tweak with this keyword, so instead of millions, grab the intention of those people who are miss typing the weight loss ... Al make sense about above advices. Thanks again for all the help. Cheers Nyla
